Eligibility for Returns
Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Original tags are still attached
- The item is returned in its original condition and packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Worn or washed items
- Items with removed tags
- Sale, discounted, or clearance items (unless defective)
Exchanges
If you require a different size, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to product availability.
Customers may be responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
Refunds
