What is your production time frame
This depends on the complexity and the intricacies in the outfit. At Rhymat Clothiers, every piece is unique in its own way, so we advise a time frame of 3 weeks minimum to help us deliver well
Do you offer express services
Yes, we do offer express services depending on the design. Express services attract 20% – 40% additional charge of the total cost

Can I get a design customised for just me
Yes, we can create stunners just for you, this would be represented in a sketch at a cost ranging from 5% upwards per design
Can I return a product if I change my mind
Yes, we accept return within 5 -8 days upon receiving your order. We accept return only on basis of manufacture error/fault
When can I expect my refund
We will provide refund immediately upon return of the product if return is made later than the stipulated 5 – 8 days upon receiving the item. Item must be in perfect condition in which it was received.
Can I have stunning made-to-wear outfits without walking in for measurements and fittings
Yes, we have got a DIY measurement template that works wonder. Clients would be offered this DIY template upon payment for their order. On another note, we have got an awesome reward of success of stunners made and sent. However, to achieve a 100% perfect fit, we recommend tht you attend at least 2 fitting sessions.
The initial fitting date be communicated once payment is made and the latter dates will be made known after the inital fitting(if needed).
IF FOR ANY REASON, YOU WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR FITTINGS, Rhymat Clothiers will not be held responsible for the disparity/irregularity in the fit of your outfit. A manequin of the exact measurement will be provided for you to assess the fit.
